What Data TrueROI May Hold About You
Data we collect through Facebook Lead Ads and other sources
TrueROI is a CRM platform used by coaching institutes in India to manage student enquiries. If you submitted a lead form — through a Facebook ad, a website form, or any other channel connected to TrueROI — the coaching institute may hold the following data about you inside their TrueROI account:
Your name
Your phone number
Your email address
Your city / location
The course or program you enquired about
Any notes added by the institute's counsellor
The source of the lead (e.g. Facebook Ads, website)
The date and time of your enquiry
If your data came through a Facebook Lead Ad, it was captured when you submitted a form on Facebook/Instagram and the coaching institute had connected that form to TrueROI. Meta (Facebook) delivered your submitted information to TrueROI via their Marketing API.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
Follow these steps — we will confirm and delete within 30 days
Send a deletion request by email
Email us at info@hooterbux.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Use the template below — copy it, fill in your details, and send.
Include your identification details
Provide the phone number and/or email address you used when filling the lead form. This helps us locate your record accurately.
Specify what you want deleted
You can request deletion of all your data, or a specific record. If you know the coaching institute name (the one that ran the ad), mention it.
We will confirm and process
We will send a confirmation email within 5 business days of receiving your request, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
You will receive a deletion confirmation
Once your data has been permanently deleted, we will notify you by email. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
